  1. Introduction 1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of financial services provided by Alpha Accountants, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). 1.2 By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  1. Services Offered 2.1 Alpha Accountants provides financial services including but not limited to investment management, financial planning, advisory services, and wealth management. 2.2 The services provided are subject to the laws and regulations of the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.
  1. Client Responsibilities 3.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information to Alpha Accountants for the provision of services. 3.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring the legality of their financial activities and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  1. Confidentiality 4.1 Alpha Accountants will maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with the client’s consent. 4.2 Clients should also maintain the confidentiality of their account information and not share it with unauthorized parties.
  1. Fees and Charges 5.1 Clients agree to pay the fees and charges as outlined in the agreement between Alpha Accountants and the client. 5.2 Any additional fees or charges will be communicated to the client in advance.
  1. Investment Risks 6.1 Clients acknowledge that investments involve risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results. 6.2 Alpha Accountants does not guarantee the performance or success of any investment strategy.
  1. Compliance 7.1 Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to their financial activities. 7.2 Alpha Accountants will also comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the provision of its services.
  1. Termination 8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. 8.2 Upon termination, clients are responsible for settling any outstanding fees or charges.
  1. Limitation of Liability 9.1 Alpha Accountants will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. 9.2 The total liability of Alpha Accountants, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services.
  1. Governing Law 10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. 10.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
  1. Amendments 11.1 Alpha Accountants reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 11.2 Clients will be notified of any amendments, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
